Technical Documentation Highlights

I've been fortunate to work on various agile software development teams with some of the best companies. From API documentation to user guides/manuals, there's a lot that goes into creating, publishing, and maintaining high-quality content. I thrive in wearing all hats involved: product ambassador, knowledge analyst, communication specialist, project manager, etc.

Below are a few links to some of my work along with an addendum that provides a brief insight:

My programming languages include:

Extensible Markup Language (XML), Markdown, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)

My tooling competencies include:

Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, DITA (Oxygen/Astoria/Ixiasoft), JIRA, Rally, Keynote, Atlassian Confluence, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), TM Mail, Slack, Zendesk, Drupal, Wiki, GitHub, Livegrep, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Visual Studio Code and more

  • Tracked operational work from the initial draft to the final product, and the deprecation of legacy content
  • Implemented a project management plan and process to develop specialty runbooks (9) for global program partners that support revenue, advertisement, agency, conversion data, etc.
  • Created, published and maintained the official wiki-based site, a central resource of comprehensive information and analytics for internal stakeholders
  • Owned all of MBP’s technical communications regarding MBP program audits, compliance, criteria, risk and performance
  • Identified potential gaps and opportunities to improve MBP’s processes, policies and practices

  • Created and owned the Security Org’s quarterly newsletter (internal), which included the very first newsletter, to inform the entire Stripe employee population about trends, breaches, new developments, etc.
  • Identified needed improvements within workflow processes that resolved pain points and encouraged seamless communication (e.g., introduced a new discovery workshop method to the docs team for effective knowledge transfers)
  • Independently handled interruptions, scope changes and any unexpected issues during the creation process (e.g., visual studio code, code freezes, GitHub build failures, miscellaneous blockers, etc.)
